Poster Information
Accepting
posters through September 15, 2004.
- Poster
content should include research findings related to drift or educational
techniques for teaching about drift. Exhibit space is available
for commercial displays.
- Submit
your 250 word (or less) abstract electronically using the Drift
Poster Submittal form below, or
- by
email to ramsay@wsu.edu
and label the Subject Line "Drift Poster Submittal"
to ensure email filter does not exclude your submittal.
- You
will receive a "Poster Abstract received" confirmation.
- Abstracts
will be screened as they arrive, so you may get confirmation in
less than 3 weeks; otherwise all poster acceptance/denial notifications
will be sent via email no later than August 24, 2004
- Space
limitations - limit to no more than 4 ft x 4 ft (120 cm x 120cm)
in size.
- Posters
will attach to freestanding poster board by pins.
- It
is suggested that poster authors bring a hanging folder that can
be pinned to poster board for holding papers.
- It
is suggested that poster authors bring 8½ x11 copies of
poster or associated paper to make available to attendees when
they visit.
- If
you want your poster (paper) included in a conference CD-ROM proceedings,
it must be submitted no later than September ,1 2004 to ramsay@wsu.edu.
- Setting
up of posters is to take place from 3:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, October
26, 2004.
