Directions
When leaving Kona International Airport, turn left (north) at the
stoplight of Highway 19, where you see the sign to Waikoloa. Continue
up the coast 18 miles or approximately 20 minutes until you see
the Waikoloa Beach Drive turnoff to the left (west) of the highway.
Along Waikoloa Beach Drive, you will pass three (3) four-way stop
intersections. Just after the third, you will see the entrance to
Hilton Waikoloa Village on the left.

Note—when
making your reservations, please notify the hotel that they
are part of the room block for the International Conference on Pesticide
Application for Drift Management. Provide the hotel with the following
three letter code for booking sleeping rooms: ICP.

Check-in/Out
Time
Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All
guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become
available. Our Front Services Department can arrange to check baggage
for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests
attending functions on departure day.
Optional
Resort Service Fee Program
This OPTIONAL value-added program includes all the services listed
below for a current daily fee of $18.00 plus tax per room in addition
to your room rate. Our standard prices are listed below should the
individual choose to pay for these services on an a la carte basis.

Phone Calls - Without Resort Fee - $1.00 per call (does not apply
to calls exceeding 30 minutes in duration)
- In-Room
Coffee - Without Resort Fee - $3.00 per packet
- Use
of the In-Room Safe - Without Resort Fee - $4.17 per day

discount at Discover Waikoloa logo shop; complimentary tin of
mints.
- Daily
fitness access for two at the Kohala Spa. Includes wellness classes,
cardiovascular and weight rooms; does not include lockers, steamroom
Jacuzzi or sauna. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old. Without
Resort Fee - $12.00 per person, per day

Daily Credit for Lagoon Beach Toys (does not include motorized
toys). Includes one and two-person kayaks, paddle boats, water
cycles, seaview belly boards, snorkel, fins and mask. Usage may
be limited due to demand. Credits can not be accumulated and no
cash or substitutions will be given for any unused credit.

Hour Court Time per day at Kohala Tennis Garden - Without Resort
Fee - $30.00 per hour. Reservations required. Usage may be limited
due to demand. Equipment rental available at Pro Shop.
