WSU Purchasing Cards cannot be accepted for WSU Extension conference registrations.
WSU personnel must submit an IRI. Check with your administrative staff or Business Center regarding how to submit an IRI for pesticide safety courses.
The IRI and a course registration form for each employee can be sent to the Pesticide Safety Education Program via campus mail, email or fax. Print course Registration Forms or call us at 509-335-2830 to obtain a form.
For Internet Courses, please include the following Registrant information on the IRI:
- name
- pesticide applicator license number, if applicable
- email address of the person taking the course
- phone number
- internet course number and title
We will take care of the physical registration and will provide the internet course website information to the registrant via their email.
