Pre-License courses are available for a 6-month subscription. After 6-months (180 days) from the date of purchase, your subscription and course access will terminate. If you wish to renew your subscription, you will need to purchase the course again.
- Select the course(s) in the Pre-License Internet Course Store
- Fill out your contact information on the next page.
- Review your details and selections on the Payment page.
- Choose the TouchNet payment method to pay online with a card.
- If your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your courses.
Note: WSU Employees cannot use a WSU Purchase Card to buy courses.

Refund Policy
Cancellations with refund requests can be made until 10 days from the date of purchase as long as the course has not been accessed; after that time or if the course was been accessed, fees are forfeited. Refunds will incur a $10.00 handling fee per course.
